PENERAPAN TEORI ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL TEKNIK BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMUNIKASI ANTAR PRIBADI SISWA KELAS XIB AP SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan teori konseling analisis transaksional teknik bermain peran dalam meningkatkan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa kelas XIB AP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XIB AP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang memiliki komunikasi antar pribadi rendah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data skor awal diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 9 orang siswa yang memiliki komunikasi antar pribadi yang rendah. Kesmbilan siswa ini akan ditindak lanjuti pada penelitian siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa. Peningkatan persentase komunikasi antar pribadi siswa adalah sebagai berikut: pada pelaksanaan siklus I diperoleh peningkatan 17,85%. Pada siklus II semua siswa mengalami peningkatan diatas 80% katagori tinggi dengan rata-rata peningkatan 7,53%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa dari sebelum pemberian tindakan dengan sesudah pemberian tindakan. Ini berarti penerapan teori konseling analisis transaksional teknik bermain peran dapat meningkatkan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa kelas XIB AP SMK Negeri 1 SingarajaKata Kunci : konseling analisis transaksional, teknik bermain peran, komunikasi antar pribadi.
This study was aimed at describing the implementation of role play technique of transactional analysis counseling theory on increasing personal communication among the studentsof class XIBAP of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The subject of this study was the students of classXIBAP of SMK Negeri 1 Singarajain academic year 2013/2014, who had the low personal communication skill. This study was a counseling action research. The methods of data collection used in this study were questionnaire, observation checklist, and documentation. This study was done in two cycles in which each cycle consists of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation, and reflection. According to the result of preliminary observation, there were 9 students who had the low personal communication skill. Those 9 students would be further given a treatment in cycle I and cycle II. This study showed a significant increasing of the students' personal communication was occured. The increasing percentages of the personal communication of the students were as follows: there was an increasing as much as 17.85% in first cycle. Meanwhile, an increasing above 80%, which was categorized as high increasing level, was occured to all of the students in cycle II. The average percentage in second cycle was 7.53%. These results indicated that there was an increasing of the students' personal communication from preliminary observation to the second cycle. It means that the implementation of role play technique of transactional analysis counseling theory can increase personal communication among th estudents of class XIB AP of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.
