PENERAPAN LAYANAN KONSELING INDIVIDUAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X2 SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada melalui layanan konseling individual secara intenshif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (action research) dengan memberikan bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Objek dalam penelitian ini berupa kemandirian belajar dan konseling individual. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang mengalami masalah kemandirian belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemandirian belajar pola Linkert. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tentang kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan konseling individual efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Peningkatan tersebut diketahui dari rata-rata kemandirian belajar siswa pada data awal 64,44% menjadi 82,77% pada siklus I dan menjadi 84,67% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan layanan konseling individual yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : bimbingan konseling, konseling individual, kemandirian belajar
This study aims to determine the increase in student learning independence X2 class SMAN 1 Sukasada through individual counseling services are intenshif. The research was conducted in the second semester of academic year 2013/2014. This research such as the counseling of action research (action research) to provide guidance counseling. This study was conducted in two cycles object of this research in the form of independent learning and individual counseling. Subjects in this study were grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada X2 academic year 2013/2014 is having problems learning independence. The data was collected using a the questionnaires independent learning Linkert patterns. The data collected in this study is the data about student learning independence X2 class SMAN 1 Sukasada. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed individual counseling services effectively used to improve student learning independence of X2 class SMAN 1 Sukasada in Academic Year 2013/2014. The increase was known of the average student learning independence at preliminary data 64.44% to 82.77% in the first cycle and became 84.67% in the second cycle. therefore, the application of individual counseling services are performed can improve student learning independence X2 class SMAN 1 Sukasada Semester Academic Year 2013/2014.
