PENERAPAN BIMBINGAN BELAJAR BERBANTUAN MEDIA AUDIOVISUAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X.I SMA BHAKTIYASA SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas X.I SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.1 SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja sebanyak 8 orang yang memiliki minat belajar rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat belajar siswa setelah diberikan bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual. Hal ini dilihat dari peningkatan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan. Peningkatan minat belajar bisa dilihat dari kondisi awal ke siklus I terjadi peningkatan rata-rata minat belajar dari 53,42% menjadi 74,67% dengan peningkatan 21,25% dan dari siklus I ke siklus II peningkatan rata-rata dari 74,67% menjadi 86,83% dengan peningkatan 12,17%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar setelah diberikan tindakan berupa bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual pada siklus 1 dan juga pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disarankan kepada: (1) Siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan minat belajar dalam rangka mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal, (2) Guru BK agar lebih aktif memanfaatkan media yang ada seperti media audiovisual dalam menjalankan layanan BK sehingga siswa akan lebih bersemangat dalam mengikuti layanan yang diberikan, (3) Kepada wali kelas sebaiknya agar terus memantau perkembangan siswa, dan terus berkoordinasi dengan guru BK berkaitan dengan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami siswa. (4) Kepada kepala sekolah agar menyediakan media yang memadai berupa LCD yang dapat menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan layanan BK di sekolah dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci : bimbingan belajar , media audiovisual, minat belajar
This research aimed at finding out the learning interest improvement of the Xth grade students of SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja even semester 2013/2014 through the application of aided tutoring with Audiovisual Media. The type of this research was an action research of guidance and counseling service. The subject of this research was the Xth grade students of SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja in which there were 8 students who have low learning interest. The method of data gethering was questioner. The result of this research showed that there was an improvement of students' learning interest after aided tutorial with audiovisual media is applied. It can be seen from the improvement of the result of evaluation test with questioner which was done before and after the action. The improvement of students' learning interest can be seen from the first condition to the first cycle, there was an improvement of average students' learning interest from 53,42% to 74,67% with improvement 21,25% and from the first cycle to the second cycle the improvement average was from 74,67% to 86,83% with improvement 12,17%. It showed that there was an improvement of students' learning interest after the application of aided tutorial with audiovisual media in the first cycle and also in the second cycle. Based on that result it was recommended to: (1) The students should improve their learning interest to reach the maximum result of study, (2) Counseling teacher should be more active in utilizing the available media like audiovisual media to run their program and service in order to improve the students' enthusiasm in following the service given. (3) The homeroom teacher should always monitoring the improvement of the students and communicate it to the counseling teacher regarding the problems faced by the students. (4) The headmaster should provide the adequate medias such as LCD that will support the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching learning activity and counseling service in school.
