PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK SHAPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR PADA SISWA KELAS X MIA 4 DI SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar siswa kelas X Mia 4 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Desain Penelitian ini adalah jenis Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (Action Research In Counseling) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Mia 4 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja yang berjumlah 28 orang siswa. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan adalah dengan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Data yang didapat dari hasil kuesioner selanjutnya diuji validitas butir dengan menggunakan teknik statistic korelasi Product Moment dan analisis Alpha-Cronbach. Hasil penelitian peningkatan sikap dissiplin belajar siswa dengan teknik Shaping melalui konseling kelompok menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase rata-rata nilai sebesar … dari … pada siklus I menjadi … pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik Shaping dapat meningkatkan disiplin Belajar siswa kelas X Mia 4 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik Shaping, Disiplin Belajar.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with shaping techniques to improve Discipline Learning class X Mia 4 SMAN 2 Singaraja. The design of this study is the type of action research Counseling (Action Research in Counseling) is conducted in two cycles. wherein each cycle through the identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. The subjects were students of class X Mia 4 SMAN 2 Singaraja, amounting to 28 students. In this study data was collected by the method of observation and questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaire were then tested for validity using statistical techniques Product Moment correlation and Cronbach's Alpha analysis. The results of research into improved student learning attitude dissiplin Shaping techniques through group counseling showed that an increase in the percentage of the average value of ... of ... the ... the first cycle to the second cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling techniques can improve discipline Shaping Learning class X Mia 4 SMAN 2 Singaraja.
