PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK RELAKSASI UNTUK MENURUNKAN KEJENUHAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X MIA 2 SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan kejenuhan belajar siswa yang tinggi dengan penerapan konseling rasional emotif behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negei 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan refleksi. Data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dan buku harian yang diperoleh dari responden dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan kejenuhan belajar siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja melalui pemberian layanan klasikal, bimbingan kelompok, konseling kelompok, dan konseling individual. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan 9 orang (32%) siswa katagori kurang baik, 6 orang (21%) siswa katagori baik, dan 13 orang (46%) siswa katagori sangat baik pada siklus I. Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori skor pada siklus II sebagai berikut 11 orang (39%) siswa kategori baik, 17 orang (61%) siswa kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling rasional emotif behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi dapat menurunkan kejenuhan siswa kelas X MIA 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : teori konseling rasional emotif behavioral, relaksasi, kejenuhan
This study is an action research for counseling aimed at lowering the high saturation of student learning with the application of rational emotive behavioral counseling with relaxation techniques subjects in this study were the students of class X MIA 2 SMAN 2 Singaraja. This study consisted of two cycles where each cycle consists of the identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation and reflection. Primary data in the form of questionnaires and diaries were obtained from the respondents were collected and processed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that a decrease in saturation occurs the results of class X student learning MIA 2 SMAN 2 Singaraja through classical service delivery, group counseling, group counseling, and individual counseling. of the results of the analysis found that 9 (32%) of students unfavorable category, 6 (21%) of students categorized as good, 13 people (46%) of students are very good category in cycle I. When compared to the category scores in the second cycle following 11 people (39%) of students categorized as good, 17 people (61%) very good category, based on these results it can be concluded that the application of rational emotive behavioral counseling with relaxation techniques can lower the saturation students X MIA 2 SMAN 2 Singaraja.
