EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF DAN TEKNIK PENGUATAN POSITIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN ACADEMIC SELF-EFFICACY PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan peningkatan academic self-efficacy menggunakan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan teknik penguatan positif pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian the static group postest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 orang siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan metode kuesioner, metode observasi, dan metode wawancara untuk melihat siswa yang memiliki academic sel- efficacy rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektivitas peningkatan academic self-efficacy menggunakan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan teknik penguatan positif pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja dilihat dari hasil analisis nitai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti bahwa konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dan penguatan positif berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan academic self-efficacy.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik latihan asertif dan penguatan positif, academic self-efficacy
This research aims to investigate the differences in academic self-efficacy enhancement using behavioral counseling assertive training techniques with positive reinforcement techniques in class VII student of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. This research is a research design experiments with the static group posttest design. The sample was 40 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. To obtain the data, the questionnaire method is used, the observation method, and interview methods to see students who have low academic efficacy cells. Based on the analysis, it was found that there are differences effectivity in academic self-efficacy enhancement using behavioral counseling assertive training techniques with positive reinforcement techniques in class VII student of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja seen from the results of the analysis the value of t greater is higher than t table with a significance level of 5%. This means that behavioral counseling assertive training techniques and positive reinforcement is affect to increased academic self-efficacy.
