PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA KELAS XI BAHASA SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Abstract

DesainPenelitianiniadalahjenisPenelitianTindakanBimbinganKonseling (Action Research In Counseling) yang dilaksanakandalamduasiklus. Subjekpenelitianiniadalahsiswakelas XI Bahasa SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa yang memiliki perilaku agresif tinggi.Metodepengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasidankuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakanteknikstatistikkorelasiProduct Moment dananalisisAlpha-Cronbach. Berdasarkan hasil analisis,ditemukan bahwa terdapat 10 orang siswa yang menunjukan perilaku agresif tinggi, ke-10 siswa tersebut diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan konseling behavioral teknik modeling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus, pada siklus I diperoleh pencapaian perilaku agresif yaitu 72,00% menjadi 55,33% dengan rata-rata penurunan 16,87% namun hanya 5 orang siswa yang memenuhi syarat ketuntasan yaitu 69%. Sedangkan 5 siswa belum mencapai penurunan. Sehingga diadakan tindakan siklus II. Pada siklus II diperoleh skor pencapaian perilaku agresif dari 54,00% menjadi 46,67% dengan rata-rata penurunan sebesar 12,13% dan ke-5 siswa tersebut sudah mengalami perubahan perilaku agresif dan sudah memenuhi syarat ketuntasan yaitu 69%. Ini berati sudah ada penurunan secara signifikan. Ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima. Berdasarkanhasilpenelitiantersebutdapatdisimpulkanbahwapenerapankonselingbehavioral dengan teknik modelingdapatmeminimalisir perilaku agresifsiswakelas XI Bahasa SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.

The design of this study is Action Research in Counseling, conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class XI (Language Program) SMAN 2 Singaraja who were 30 students who have high aggressive behavior. Data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical techniques Product Moment correlation and Cronbach's Alpha analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that there were 10 students who show high aggressive behavior, all 10 students were given treatment using behavioral counseling modeling techniques. This study was conducted with two cycles, the first cycle is obtained by achieving the aggressive behavior 72.00% to 55.33% with an average reduction of 16.87% but only 5 people eligible students completeness is 69%. While the decline has not reached 5 students. Thus held the second cycle. In the second cycle obtained by the achievement of aggressive behavior from 54.00% to 46.67% with an average decrease of 12.13% and 5 students are already experiencing changes in aggressive behavior and are already eligible completeness is 69%. This means there is a significant decrease. This proves that the hypothesis can be accepted. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques can minimize aggressive behavior of XI Class Student (Language Program) in SMAN 2 Singaraja.
