PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK ASERTIVE TRAINING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X IIS 1 SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kemandirian pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kategori kemandirian belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah katagori sedang 4 orang (18%), kategori rendah 2 orang (9%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah sekali. Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori skor kemandirian belajar siswa pada siklus II sebagai berikut siswa dengan kategori sangat tinggi 2 orang (9%), kategori tinggi 4 orang (18%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah. Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik asertive training, kemandirian belajar.
This study is an action research that aims to determine the increase in learning independence class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja after the application of behavioral counseling conducted by asertive training techniques. The research subjects were students of class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. This research through two cycles where each cycle has a phase identification, diagnosis, pragnosa, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. process of data collection in this study used a questionnaire independence linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively and using a diary. results of the analysis found that the category of student learning independence in cycle 1 is a medium category 4 (18%) pupils, low category 2 (9%) pupils, and no student who has a very low category. when compared with the score category learning independence in cycle 2 the following categories of students with very high category 2 pupils (9%), high category 4 (18%) pupils, and no students who have a low category. This shows that there is a significant increase of the major subject in that school. So it can be concluded that behavioral counseling with equally effective training techniques used asertive to improve learning independence class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.
