EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK DESENSITISASI SISTEMATIS DAN MODELING UNTUK MEMINIMALISASI KECEMASAN DALAM MENGHADAPI PRAKERIN SISWA KELAS XI TATA BOGA DI SMK NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik desensitisasi sistematis dan modeling untuk meminimalisasi kecemasan dalam menghadapi PRAKERIN siswa kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi exsperiment) dengan rancangan Single factor independent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 5 kelas yaitu sebanyak 170 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik multy stage sampling dengan siswa sebanyak 20 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kecemasan siswa, yang diperoleh dengan metode kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk melihat siswa yang memiliki kecemasan tinggi. Data kecemasan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji t (independen t test). Semua pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematis dengan modeling (t = 0,925; pKata Kunci : konseling behavioral, desensitisasi sistematis, modeling, kecemasanThis study was aimed to determine the differences between the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with systematic desensitization technique and modeling to minimize anxiety in facing PRAKERIN of tata boga students’ in grade XI class at SMK N 2 Singaraja. The type of this study was quasi-experimental study with single factor independent group design. The population in this study were 170 people that’s are five classes of Tata Boga students in grade XI at SMK N 2 Singaraja in the Academic Year 2013/2014. The samples were taken by using multy stage sampling technique with 20 students. The data of this study was the data of student anxiety, which obtained by questionnaire and observation methods to see the students who have high anxiety. Anxiety Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and t-test (independent t test). All hypothesis testing conducted on the 5% significance level.
