Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik operant conditioning dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas XI IPB SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI IPB SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan menggunakan rancangan tindakan konseling individual pada siswa yang menunjukkan kesulitan belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan Peneleitian Tindakan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi, dan tahap refleksi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa pada siklus I ternyata 3 orang dikatakan berhasil mengatasi kesulitan belajar dan 2 orang dikatakan belum berhasil sehingga perlu dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II terjadi perubahan sehingga 2 orang siswa ini dapat dikatakan telah mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Artinya siswa sudah mampu belajar dengan sewajarnya tanpa hambatan dan bisa berprestasi. Data diperkuat oleh perolehan nilai siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan serta melihat lembar pengamatan belajar yang dibuat pada setiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendorong siswa untuk belajar tanpa memiliki hamabatan sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan siswa bisa menujukkan prestasi belajar yang baik.

This research aims to overcome student learning difficulties after a given behavioral counseling with operant conditioning techniques. Research conducted in Class XI IPB Bhaktiyasa Senior High School Singaraja in 2013-2014 lesson with using arrangement action individual counseling to students who showed learning difficulties. This study is a research action guidance service counseling. Method of data collection used in this study is the observation, interview, and recording of document. This study was conducted in two cycles and every cycle consists of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation, and reflection phase. Based on the analyzes of data obtained results that are 5 students which have difficulty learning. This will be the fifth person in the follow up on the research cycle I . Results of research conducted on the cycle I turns 3 was successful person overcome learning difficulties and 2 person is said to have not been successful so it needs to continue on a cycles II. It is seen on the sheet observations of student learning difficulties. The implementation of cycles II as of changes 2 These students can be said been able to overcome learning difficulties. it means students are able to learn with reasonable without barriers and can be achievement. Strengthened by the data acquisition value of students before and after the actionand saw pieces of the observation created on each cycles. The results of this study are expected students can learn to appropriately without barriers until learning process can run smoothly and students can show good learning achievement. The method used is observation method and interviews aimed to further deepen the observation of students with learning difficulties. Results of research conducted on the cyle I turns 3 said to overcome learning difficulities , and 2 people said was not succeded so needs to be countinued in cyle II. This is seen on observation sheet learning difficulties in cycle II
