PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJARSISWA KELAS X MIA-4 SMA NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konseling penerapan behavioral dengan strategi self management untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X MIA-4 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X MIA-4 yang memiliki disiplin belajar rendah.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Untuk mengumpulakan data yang diperlukan yaitu pedoman observasi dan log sheet sebagai data pendukung dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan II. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 6 tahap yaitu identifikasi, diagnosis, prognosis, konseling/treatment, evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa. Peningkatan persentase disiplin belajar siswa adalah sebagai berikut: pada pelaksanaan siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 106,6, termasuk dalam katagori sedang dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 126,8 dalam katagori sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh pada siklus I dan siklus II nampak bahwa dari 6 siswa sudah menunjukkan perilaku disiplin belajar. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan strategi self management dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X MIA-4.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Strategi Self Managment, Disiplin Belajar
This study aims to determine the application of behavioral counseling with self-management strategies to improve the discipline of students of class X SMA MIA-4 3 Singaraja. Subjects in this study class X MIA-4 that has the discipline to learn this rendah.Penelitian an action research guidance counseling. To synthesize the data that is needed is the observation and log sheets as supporting data and questionnaire as the main data collection tool. This study was conducted in two cycles ie cycles I and II. Each cycle consists of six stages: identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation and reflection. The results of this study showed an increase in student learning discipline. Increasing the percentage of students learning discipline are as follows: the implementation cycle I gained an average of 106.6, included in the category and the second cycle was increased by an average of 126.8 in the very high category. The results of the analysis of data obtained in the first cycle and second cycle of 6 it appears that students have demonstrated behavioral learning discipline. o it can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with self-management strategies can improve the discipline of students of class X MIA-4.
