PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK PENGONDISIAN OPERANT UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR KECENDRUNGAN PRILAKU MENYIMPANG SISWA KELAS VII J SMP NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013-2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik pengondisian operant untuk meminimalisir kecenderungan prilaku menyimpang siswa kelas VII J SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action research in counseling) yang sering disingkat dengan PTBK. Prosedur penelitian dilakuan dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan,tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, refleksi.subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa kelas VII J SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perubahan prilaku kearah yang lebih baik, dari 10 orang siswa yang berperilaku menyimpang pada siklus I hanya 6 orang siswa yang mengalami perubahan prilaku menyimpang kearah yang di harapkan, perubahan itu dipantau dengan pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Dan 4 orang siswa yang belum mengalami perubahan prilaku menyimpang pada siklus I diupayakan perubahanya pada siklus II. Hasil siklus II menunjukan adanya perubahan prilaku menyimpang kearah yang di inginkan terhadap ke 10 orang siswa tersebut. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik pengondisian operant dapat meminimalisir kecenderungan prilaku menyimpang.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, operant, prilaku menyimpang
This study aims to determine the application of behavioral counseling with operant conditioning techniques to minimize the tendency of deviant behavior A seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. This type of research is the study counseling action (Action research in counseling) is often abbreviated to PTBK. The procedure was done with two-cycle research. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, refleksi.subjek this study were 10 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. The results showed a change toward better behavior, from 10 students who behave deviate in the first cycle only 6 students who experienced a change towards deviant behavior that is expected, the change was monitored by observation and interview guides. And 4 students who have not experienced a change in behavior deviates in the first cycle to the second cycle pursued. The results of the second cycle showed a deviant behavior change in the desired direction towards to the 10 students. It is proved that the application of behavioral counseling with operant conditioning techniques to minimize the tendency of deviant behavior.
