PENERAPAN BIMBINGAN KARIR SUPER DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN RENCANA KEPUTUSAN KARIR PADA SISWA KELAS IX B5 SMP N 4 SINGARAJA TAHUN AJARAN 2013/2014

Tujuan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling ini untuk meningkatkan rencana keputusan karir siswa kelas IX B5 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan data rencana keputusan karir dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 29 siswa. Hasil peningkatan rencana keputusan siswa terhadap karir diketahui setelah diadakan layanan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Dari data siklus I diketahui bahwa rata-rata skor akhir berdasarkan pedoman PAN (Penilaian Acuan Normatif) dari metode analisis deskriptif pada bab III memunculkan hasil yakni 16 orang siswa memilikin skor terkategori sangat tinggi, 10 siswa memiliki skor terkategori tinggi, siswa memiliki skor terkategori sedang nihil, 3 orang siswa memiliki skor terkategori rendah, dan skor terkategori sangat rendah nihil. Sedangkan data siklus II rata-rata skor akhir berdasarkan pedoman PAN (Penilaian Acuan Normatif) dari metode analisis deskriptif pada bab III memunculkan hasil yakni 27 orang siswa memiliki skor terkategori sangat tinggi, 3 siswa memiliki skor terkategori tinggi, skor terkategori sedang nihil, skor terkategori rendah sampai pada skor terkategori sangat rendah juga nihil pada data rata-rata skor akhir di siklus II. Maka dari itu, hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa rencana keputusan siswa terhadap karir sudah meningkat.Kata Kunci : bimbingan karir super, modeling, rencana keputusan karir
This counseling guidance action research aimed to improve the career decision plan of the ninth grade student of B5 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. This study was done into two cycles. The method used was interview, and the data of the career decision were collected through questionairre. The subject of this study were 29 students. The result of the improvement of the students’ decision plan to the career is known after the service in the first and second cycle. The data from the first cycle is known that the average score based on PAN orientation from descriptive analysis method in chapter III appears the result that there are 16 students have a very high score, 10 students have the high score, none students have the intermediate score, 3 students have the low score, and none students have a very low score. Meanwhile, the second cycle’s data of the last average score based on PAN orientation from the the descriptive analysis method in chapter III appears the result that 27 students have a very high score, 3 students have the high score, none students have the intermediate, low, and very low score of the last average score in the second cycle. So that, it can be said that the student’ decision plan to the career has been improved.
