PENERAPAN KONSELING KOGNITIF SOSIAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ETIKA SOSIAL PADA SISWA KELAS XIC UPW SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan konseling kognitifsosialteknik modeling utukmeningkatkanetikasosial siswa kelas XICUsaha Perjalanan Wisata SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XICUPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja yang memiliki EtikaSosialrendah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi dan analisis data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data skor awal dari 38 siswadiperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 6 orang siswa yang memiliki etikasosialrendah. Keenamorang ini akan ditindak lanjuti pada penelitian siklus Idansiklus II Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan etikasosial siswa. Peningkatan etikasosial siswa adalah sebagai berikut: pada pelaksanaan siklus I diperoleh peningkatan darikeenam orang siswapeningkatanwalauhanya 74,25%. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan diatas 80,21% dengan rata-rata peningkatan 5,96% pada siklus II termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh pada siklus II. Hal ini berarti bahwa penerapan konseling kognitifsosialdenganteknik modeling dapatmeningkatkanetikasosialpada siswa kelas XICUPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling kognitifsosial, teknik modeling, etikasosial
This study aimed at find out the effectiveness of cognitive social counseling modeling technique to improve students’ social ethics of XIC class Usaha Perjalanan Wisata SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjects of this study were the student of XIC class UPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja which was had low social ethics. This study was a counseling action research. The method of collecting data which was used in this study was questionnaire, observation, and data analysis. This study implemented in two cycles and each cycle consisted of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation, and reflection stage. Based on the result of data analysis from 38 students, there were 6 students had low social ethics. These 6 students were acted in the cycle I and cycle 2 of the study. The results of the study showed the improvements of students’ social ethics. The improvements of students’ social ethics were as follows: in the implementation of cycle I obtained 74,25% improvement from six students. In the implementation of cycle II in cycle I undergo an improvement up to 80,21% with the average of 5,96% in cycle II which was included high category. The results of data analysis which were obtained in cycle II. It meant that the implementation of cognitive social counseling with modeling technique was able to improve the students’ social ethics in XIC class UPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.
