PENERAPAN KONSELING EKSISTENSIAL HUMANISTIK DENGAN TEKNIK BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA KELAS VIII A2 SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecerdasan emosional setelah diterapkan konseling eksistensial humanistik dengan teknik bermain peran pada siswa kelas VIII A2 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A2 Negeri 4 Singaraja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kecerdasan emosional. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil tindakan dipantau dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil tindakan siklus I menunjukkan peningkatan 17,88% yaitu dari hasil 63,66% menjadi 74,39%. Sedangkan dari hasil siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan 25,23% yaitu dari hasil 74,39% menjadi 92,86%. Maka dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 25,23%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan emosional siswa dari tindakan dengan sesudah tindakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling eksistensial humanistik dengan teknik bermain peran efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling eksistensial humanistik, teknik bermain peran, kecerdasan emosional
This research aim to to know the make up of emotional intellegence after applied by existential konseling of humanistik with technique play at role at class student of VIII A2 SMP Country 4 Singaraja. this Subjek Research is class student of VIII A2 Country 4 Singaraja. Data collecting conducted by using emotional intellegence kuesioner. Research conducted in two cycle, and each;every cycle consist of planning, action, evaluation, and refleksi. Result of action watched with spreading of kuesioner and is later;then analysed descriptively. Result of cycle action of I show improvement 17,88% that is from result 63,66% becoming 74,39%. While from result of cycle of II show improvement 25,23% that is from result 74,39% becoming 92,86%. Hence from cycle of I to cycle of II happened the make-up of equal to 25,23%. Result of research show the existence of the make-up of emotional intelligence of student of action with after action. From result of this research can be concluded that applying of existential konseling [of] humanistik with technique play at used effective role to increase emotional intellegence [of] student.
