PENERAPAN KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TOLERANSI ANTAR SISWA KELAS X TKJ2 SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengentahui penerapan rasional emotif dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan toleransi antar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan tindakan Bimbingan Konseling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 2 yang berjumlah 28 siswa yaitu, 9 orang perempuan dan 19 orang laki-laki. Dilaksanakan dua sikus, masaing-masing siklus meliputi dientifikasi, diagnose, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan tapah refleksi. Tindakan selanjutnya dipantau dengan observasi dan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan penilaian acuan norma (PAN). Hasil pada siklus l dengan skor rata-rata 83,3 dari target keberhasilah skor di bawah 94 ≤ 116 dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada hasil siklus II terjadi peningkatan toleransi peningkatannya yaitu dengan skor rata-rata 104,3 yaitu tergolong tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasional emotif dengan teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan toleransi antar siswa.

This research aims to application of rational emotive investagate with modeling techniques to promote tolerance among students. This study is an action Counseling. The subjects were students of class X TKJ 2 totaling 28 students, namely, 9 women and 19 men. Implemented two SIKUS, masaing each cycle includes dientifikasi, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation and reflection Tapah. Further action is monitored by observation and questionnaires were analyzed descriptively using norm reference assessment (PAN). Results in cycle l with an average score of 83.3 from the target The success of the score under 94 ≤ 116 with the medium category. While the results of the second cycle is increased tolerance improvement with an average score of 104.3 which is high. It is concluded that rational emotive with modeling techniques can promote tolerance among students.
