Penerapan Teori Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Kelas AK C SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teori behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan independent learningkemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas XI AK C di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini,adalah jika teori behavioral dengan teknik modeling diterapkan dengan maksimal, maka kemandirian belajar pada siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AKC yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik modeling dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi dan analisis data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Treatment diberikan sebanyak 4 kali pada siklus I dan siklus II. Ketika siswa memenuhi kriteria secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif, maka siswa telah dinyatakan tuntas pada siklus I dan tidak perlu mendapatkan treatment di siklus II. Pencapaian peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa di siklus I, yaitu dengan hasil : 0% kategori sangat tinggi, 70%kategori tinggi, 30% kategori sedang, 0% kategori rendah dan 0% kategori sangat rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan kemandirian belajar pada siklus II, yaitu dengan hasil : 30% kategori sangat tinggi, 70% kategori tinggi, 0% kategori sedang, 0% kategori rendah dan 0% kategori sangat rendah.Kata Kunci : Teori Behavioral, Modeling, Kemandirian Belajar
This study aims to the determine the influence of their application of theory behavioral with modeling techniques to independent learning to students in the class XI AK C SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Research in hypoteshis is, if theory behavioral with modeling techniques applied properly the decency to independent learning to students can be improved. This type of research is Research Action In Counseling. The research subject in the class XI AK C totaling 30 peoples. This study the techniques of modeling to do the data collection methods used in study is questionnaire, observation and data analysis. This study carried out in two cycles, and each cycles consisted ofidentification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling and reflection phase. Treatment is given four time the sycles I and sycles II. When students meet the quantitative and qualitative criteria then the students has completed at cycles I and don’t need to get treatment in cycles II. Achievement of inprovement independent learning to students in cycles I, is the results : 0% very high category, 70% high category, 30% being category, 0% lower category and 0% very low category. Achievement of inprovement politeness speaks to students in cycles II, is the results : 30% very high category, 70% high category, 0% being category, 0% lower category and 0% very low category
