PENERAPAN KONSELING RATIONAL EMOTIF DENGAN TEKNIK REINFORCEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X3 SMA BHAKTIYASA SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar siswa setelah diterapkan konseling rational emotif dengan teknik reinforcement siswa kelas X3 SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan quisioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian siklus I menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar pada siswa dari 43.25% menjadi 61.12%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dari 61.12% menjadi 71.50% yang sudah berada di atas KKM yaitu 70.00%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas X3 di SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 setelah diterapkannya konseling rational emotif dengan teknik reinforcement.Kata Kunci : Konseling Ratinal Emotif, Minat Belajar
This study aimed to know the improvement of student interest in learning after given counseling rational emotive by using reinforcement technique for students in X3 class at Baktiyasa Senior High School, academic years 2013/2014. This research was done in two cycles. Subject of the study were four students which have low motivation in learning. The data collection was done by giving questionnaire and then analyzed by statistic. In the first cycles showed the development of students interest in learning from 43.25% to 61.12%. In the second cycles showed the development of students’ interest in learning from 61.12% to 71.50% which is already more than standard score 70.00%. So from this research can conclude that after given counseling rational emotive by using reinforcement technique for students in X3 class at Baktiyasa Senior High School, academic years 2013/2014 the students interest in learning can be developed.
