EFEKTIVITAS BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN EMPATI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan empati terhadap siswa kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan yang memiliki kemampuan empati rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan dengan jumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner empati. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistic t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan empati terhadap siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis t-test yang menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung>ttabel (9,22619 > 2,36462), N=8 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Sosiodrama, Empati
This study was restricted to know the effectiveness of group guidance by using sociodrama technique to increase emphaty skill toward 10th grade students MIA1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan who have low emphaty. This study is a pra-experiment study which used one group pretest-posttest research design. The population was 10th grade students MIA1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan which consist of 21 students. Purposive sampling was used to get the sample, and the sample was 8 students. Data colecoun method in this study was emphaty questionnaire and analyzed by using t-test. The result show that sociodrama technique is effective to increase emphaty skill toward the students. This can be seen from t-test analysis that thitung>ttabel (9,22619 > 2,36462), N=8 with 5% significant.
