PENERAPAN KONSELING TRAIT AND FAKTOR DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN STUDI LANJUT SISWA KELAS IX B7 SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektipan penerapan konseling trait and faktor dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas IX B7 SMP N 4 Singaraja. Hipotesis penelitian ini, jika penerapan konseling trait and factor dengan teknik modeling dilakukan secara efektif dapat mengatasi pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas IX B7 SMP N 4 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IX B7 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik modeling melalui metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan analisis data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling(treatment)yang diberikan sebanyak 4 kali pada siklus I dan II, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Jika siswa sudah memenuhi kriteria secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif, maka siswa tersebut telah tuntas pada siklus I maka tidak perlu diberikan treatment pada siklus II. Pencapaian peningkatan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas IX B7 siklus I adalah siswa yang berinisial AJAK mencapai 63,33 % kategori sedang, AK mencapai 62,00% kategori sedang, AK mencapai 51,33% kategori rendah, DMYLP mencapai 58,00% kategori sedang, DAP mencapi 50,00% kategori rendah, dan NDP mencapai 52,00% kategori rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas IX B7 pada siklus II, adalah siswa yang berinisial AJAK mencapai 68,67% kategori tinggi, AK mencapai 69,33% kategori tinggi, AK mencapai 67,33% kategori tinggi, DMYLP mencapai 68,67% kategori tinggi, DAP mencapai 66,67% kategori tinggi, dan NDP mencapai 68,67% kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : Konseling Trait And Faktor,Teknik Modeling, Pengambilan Keputusan Studi Lanjut
Counseling action research aims to determine the effectiveness and application of counseling factor trait with modeling techniques to improve decision making further studies class IX B7 students of SMP N 4 Singaraja . The hypothesis of this study, if the application of the trait and factor counseling with modeling techniques can be effectively overcome the further study of decision making class IX B7 students of SMP N 4 Singaraja. This research is an action research counseling. The subjects are students of class IX B7 totaling 27 people. This study uses modeling techniques through data collection methods used in this study is the observation, interviews, questionnaires, and analysis of data. This study was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of the identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling (treatment) were given 4 times in cycle I and II, evaluation and reflection phase. If the student has met the quantitative and qualitative criteria, then the student has completed the first cycle of treatment it does not need to be given on the second cycle. Achievement of improving decision-making further studies class IX student B7 cycle I was the student with initial AJAK reaches 63.33% middle category, AK reaches 62.00% medium category, AK reaches 51.33% lower category, DMYLP reaches 58.00% category medium, DAP reaches 50.00% low category, and NDP reaches 52.00% lower category. Achievement of improving decision making further studies class IX B7 student on the second cycle, students who are identified AJAK reaches 68.67% high category, AK reaches 69.33% high category, AK reaches 67,33% high category, DMYLP reaches 68.67% high category, DAP reaches 66.67% high category, and NDP reaches 68.67% high category.
