PENGARUH KONSELING ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN TEKNIK BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AFILIASI SISWA KELAS X AP1 SMK NEGERI 1 SERIRIT TAHUN 2014/2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran untuk meningkatkan afiliasi siswa Kelas X AP1 Smk Negeri 1 Seririt. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian para-eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian One Group pretest-posttest design. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang dengan jumlah sampel 8 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner afiliasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan afiliasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analis t-test yang menunjukan nilai thitung>ttabel (11,452>2,365) N=8 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan guru Bimbingan Konseling dapat memanfaatkan konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik bermain peran terutama untuk meningkatkan afiliasi.

This research aims to know the influence of transactional analysis counseling with techniques play a role to improve an affiliate grade Smk Negeri 1 AP1 X Seririt. This research is the research-experimental research designs with One Group pretest – posttest design. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. The population of this research totalled 38 people with a total sample of 8 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaire method affiliate. Research data were analyzed using t-test statistics. Results of the study showed that analysis of transactional counseling with techniques play a role of influence on increased affiliate, it can be seen from the analyst t-test that shows the value of the thitung > ttabel (11,452 > 2,365) N = 8 with 5% significant level. Through this research, it is expected the teacher guidance counseling can benefit from transactional analysis counseling with techniques play a role especially for increasing affiliate.
