PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X AKUNTANSI 2 SMK NEGERI 1 SERIRIT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X4 Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Seriririt melalui teori konseling Behavioral dengan strategi self management pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian belajar sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi 2 yang berjumlah 4 orang yang mengalami masalah kemandirian belajar yaitu dibawah 65%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemandirian belajar dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan strategi Self Management dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Peningkatan tersebut diketahui dari dari rata-rata persentase peningkatan sebelum tindakan sebesar 58,44% menjadi 72,45% pada siklus I dan tindakan layanan konseling pada siklus II persentase peningkatannya mencapai 86,67%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 72% dari kondisi awal siklus I, dan 86,6% dari siklus I ke Siklus II, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan strategi self management dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, strategi self management, kemandirian belajar
This study was action research of guidance counseling which was aimed to improve students’ learning autonomy with implementing behavioral counseling particularly self management strategy. The subject of this study was tenth grade accountant students included six students in SMK N 1 Seririt in the academic year 2014/2015 who had low learning autonomy. The objective of the study was to know the implementation of behavioral counseling with self management strategy in tenth grade accountant students in smkn 1 seririt. The recent study was done in two cycles, started from planning (identification, diagnose, prognoses), action (counseling/treatment/training), evaluating, and reflecting. The students’ learning autonomy data was measured by administering questionnaire. The data was analyzed with descriptive analysis. The result of the study showed that behavioral counseling with self management strategy was effective to improve students’ learning autonomy. The efficiency was known from the average percentage developed from the action 58.44% into 72.45% in cycle I and serving counseling action in cycle II with the development percentage reached 86.67%. it showed that there was improvement on students’ learning autonomy 72% from cycle I and 86.6% from cycle I to cycle II, it concluded that the implementation of behavioral counseling with self management strategy improved students’ learning autonomy.
