PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK RELAKSASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ABASEMENT SISWA KELAS X-2 SMA LAB. UNDIKSHA SIGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan self abasement siswa kelas X-2 SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja setelah diterapkan teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 27 orang siswa kelas X-2 SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, treatment, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner self abasement pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan self abasement siswa kelas X-2 setelah dilakukan treatment, siklus I (bimbingan klasikal) siswa yang termasuk kategori sanagat tinggi 4 orang (14%), kategori tinggi 10 orang (37%), kategori sedang 9 orang (33%), kategori rendah 4 orang (14%). Sedangkan siklus II (bimbingan kelompok) siswa yang termasuk kategori sanagt tinggi 10 orang (37%), kategori tinggi 9 orang (33%), kategori sedang 8 orang (29) dan tidak ada siswa kategori rendah. Lalu siklus III (konseling kelompok) siswa yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi 14 orang (51%), kategori tinggi 9 orang (33%), kategori rendah 4 orang (14%), tidak ada siswa yang masuk kategori rendah dan siklus IV (konseling individu) siswa yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi 17 orang (62%) kategori tinggi 10 orang (37%) dan tidak ada siswa yang masuk kategori sedang dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sudah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan jadi penerapan teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi dapat meningkatkan self abasement siswa kelas X-2 SMA Lab. This study is an action research Counseling (Action Research In Counseling) which aims to determine the increase in self-abasement class X-2 SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja after application of the theory of behavioral counseling with relaxation techniques. Subjects of this study as many as 27 students of class X-2 SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja. The study consisted of four cycles in which each cycle through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation, and reflection. The retrieval of data in this study using the method of observation, interviews, diaries and questionnaires self abasement linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively. The results showed an increase in self-abasement class X-2 after treatment, the first cycle (classical guidance) students belonging to the category of very high 4 people (14%), high category 10 people (37%), moderate category 9 (33 %), low category 4 people (14%). While the second cycle (group counseling) students belonging to the category of very high 10 people (37%), high category 9 people (33%), moderate category 8 (29) and no lower category students. Then the third cycle (group counseling) students including very high category 14 people (51%), high category 9 people (33%), low category 4 people (14%), no students were in the category of low and cycle IV (counseling people) of students are very high category 17 people (62%) of high category 10 people (37%) and no students were in the category of medium and low. Based on these results it can be concluded that there had been a significant increase so the application of the theory of behavioral counseling with relaxation techniques can improve the self-abasement class X-2 SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja.
