PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ADJUSMENT SISWA KELAS X AP1 SMK NEGERI 1 SIERIRIT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin tidakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research in Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan interaksi sosial asosiatif setelah diterapkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy. Subjek penelitian ini 3 orang siswa kelas VII A7 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja yang memiliki interaksi sosial asosiatif rendah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi dan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research in Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan self adjustment setelah diterapkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik latihan asertif. Subjek penelitian ini 3 orang siswa kelas X AP1 SMK Negeri 1 Seririt yang memiliki self adjustment rendah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan self adjustment pada ke 3 orang siswa dari kategori rendah menjadi kategori tinggi, namun 1 orang siswa masih berada dalam kategori sedang pada siklus I. kemudian pada siklus II self adjustment ke 1 orang siswa meningkat menjadi kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral,teknik latihan asertif,self adjustment

The results showed that an increase in self adjustment at 3 to students from low category into the category of High, but one person the student is still in the moderate category I. cycle later in the second cycle of social interaction associative to 1 students increased to the high category.
