PENERAPAN KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK SELF-INSTRUCTION UNTUK MEMINIMALISASI SELF- DOMINANCE SISWA KELAS X MIA 4 SMA N 4 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi self-dominance siswa kelas X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja melalui konseling kognitif behavioral dengan teknik self-instruction. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang melibatkan subjek sebanyak 42 orang siswa kelas X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 2014 yang memiliki self-dominance yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dari responden diolah dengan analisis deskriptif Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan konseling kognitif behavioral dengan teknik self-instruction efektif meminimalisasi self-dominance siswa kelas X MIA 4 di SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/20145. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penurunan self-dominance siklus I, dan siklus II dengan kriteria keberhasilan 70-110 dalam kriteria sedang. Data awal sebelum tindakan diperoleh rata-rata pencapaian self-dominance terhadap 4 siswa dalam kategori tinggi. Pada siklus I terjadi peurunan dengan rata-rata 23,25 dengan kategori sedang. Pada siklus II terjadi penurunan skor dengan 9 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan self-dominance siswa kelas X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Semakin rasional pemikiran siswa bahwa penerapan konseling kognitif behavioral dengan teknik self-instruction efektif untuk meminimalisasi maka semakin meminimalisasi self-dominance yang dimiliki siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling kognitif behavioral, self-dominance, self-instruction
This research aims to minimize self-dominance grade X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja cognitive behavioral counseling through with self-instruction techniques. The research is the research of class action involving the subject as many as 42 people X MIA grade 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja on the even-numbered year semester lesson 2014/2015 2014 that have self-dominance. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning phase, the implementation measures, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Method of data collection used questionnaire. Data obtained from respondents with a descriptive analysis of the Data has been collected further analyzed are descriptive. The research results showed that the application of the cognitive behavioral counseling with techniques of self-instruction effectively minimize self-dominance grade X MIA 4 SMA Negeri Singaraja 4 year 2014/20145 lessons. It can be seen from the decline in self-dominance of the cycle I and cycle II with 70-110 success criteria in the criteria are. Preliminary data before actions retrieved the average achievement of self-dominance against 4 students in the high category. On cycle I happen to peurunan with an average of 23.25 by category. Cycle II decline score with 9 categories are. The results of this research show the self-dominance grade X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The more rational thinking of students that the application of the cognitive behavioral counseling with techniques of self-instruction to effectively minimize the minimize self-dominance which belonged to students.
