PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT MODEL CORMIER AND CORMIER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SISWA KELAS VII C DI SMP NEGERI 1 SERIRIT TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Peneltian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain posttest only controll group design, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelaksanaan konseling behavioral dengan strategi pengelolaan diri (self management) model Cormier terhadap peningkatan tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VII C di SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C yang berjumlah 32 orang, dengan teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan puposive rendome sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik penelitian dalam hal ini yaitu tanggung jawab belajar siswa yang rendah. Tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VII C di SMP Negeri 1 Seririt dari pengamatan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner penentuan sampel terdapat 16 siswa yang termasuk kategori tanggung jawab belajar rendah yang kemudian dijadikan sampel penelitian. Adapun pembagian kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan dengan cara undian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, data awal dan posttest selanjutnya akan dianalisis untuk melihat perbandingan skor, sedangkan untuk menjawab tujuan dari penelitian akan dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan dengan uji t-test dan diperoleh hasil bahwa penelitian konseling behavioral dengan strategi pengelolaan diri (self management) model Cormier berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan tanggung jawab belajar siswa dengan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen 142 dan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol 124,4.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Self-Management, tanggung jawab belajar
The study is an experimental research, with posttest only controll group design, the purpose of this study was determine the effect of the implementation of behavioral counseling with self management strategies to increased the responsibility of student learning in class VII C 1 Seririt Junior High School. Population of this research are students of class VII C with amounts to 32 people, with a sampling tecnique is purposive sampling that is the sample selection with characteristics of research, in this regard is the low category of responsibility of student’s learning. The result of learning responsibility at class VII C by observation and sampling quesioneries, there are 16 students who have low category of the learning responsibility which is then used as a sample and as for the devision of the experimental group and controll group is done by lottery. Based of the research, initial data and the posttest will be analyzed to see a comparison of score, while to answer the purpose of the research, the posttest will be analyzed by t-test and the result of the research that implementation of behavioral conseling with self management strategies effect to increase learning responsibily of student with average value of experimental research is 142 and controll group is 124,4.
