PENGARUH KONSELING ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN METODE JOHARI WINDOW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF DISCLOSURE SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling analisis transaksional dengan metode johari window terhadap peningkatan self disclosure siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one shot case study. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel yang didasarkan pada ciri atau karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang siswa kelas X yang terindentifikasi memiliki self disclosure rendah. Metode pengumpulan data utama yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan metode pendukung yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket johari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa pengaruh konseling analisis transaksional dengan metode johari window efektif meningkatkan self disclosure siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis thitung = 17,3 dan ttabel dengan df (db) = 7 dan taraf signifikasansi 5% adalah 2,365, sehingga diperoleh perbandingan thitung > ttabel (17,3 > 2,365). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa “terdapat Pengaruh Konseling Analisis Transaksional dengan Metode Johari Window terhadap Peningkatan Self Disclosure Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015”.Kata Kunci : konseling analisis transaksional, teknik johari window, self disclosure
This study aims to know the effect of transactional analysis counseling with methods Johari Window technique to increase students’ self-disclosure on X grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sawan academic year 2014/2015. This study uses phenomenological pre-experiment with research program of one shot case study. Population of the study is students of X grade in SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Sample of the study is determined by using purposive sampling technique, such as taking sample which is grounded on characteristic which is established by the researcher previously. The number of the sample in this study is six students in X grade which indicated have low self-disclosure. Method of main collecting data which is used is questionnaire and support method which is used is observation and questionnaire johari. Based on result of analysis, found that the influence of transactional analysis counseling with Johari Window method effectively increases students’ self-disclosure. It is seen from the result of analysis Thitung = 17.3 and Ttabel with df (db) = 7 and standard of significance 5% is 2,365 until gotten comparison Thitung > Ttabel (17,3 > 2,365). Thus, it can be concluded that “there is influence Transactional Analysis Counseling with Johari Window Method to Increase Students’ Self Disclosure on X grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Academic Year 2014/2015.
