PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK SELF INSTRUCTION TRAINING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X4 SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan melalui teori konseling Cognitif Behavioral Therapy dengan teknik self instruction training pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian belajar sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X4 berjumlah 4 orang yang mengalami masalah kemandirian belajar yaitu dibawah 65%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemandirian belajar dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan teori konseling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dengan teknik self instruction training dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Peningkatan tersebut diketahui dari perolehan skor masing masing individu yang meningkat pada siklus I yaitu NPAAD meningkat 8%, KAS meningkat 4,6%, JPM meningkat 7,3%, dan GK 5,3%, dan pada siklus II yaitu KAS meningkat 6,5%. Dengan demikian, peneranpan teori konseling cognitive behavioral therapy dengan teknik self instruction training yang dilakukan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015Kata Kunci : Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self Instruction Training, Kemandirian Belajar.
This research aims to improve student learning independence class X 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan through counseling theory CBT self-help instruction with engineering training. This research was carried out on even-numbered years semester lesson 2014/2015. This research includes the type of action research guidance counseling. This research was conducted in two cycles, the object in this research is the independence of the study. The subject in this study are students of class X 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Year 2014/2015 Lessons totalling 26 people who are having problems learning independence. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire study independence. The data collected in this research is data about student learning independence class X 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Counseling theory is the theory of counseling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the technique of self instruction training. The results showed the application of the theory of counseling with techniques of CBT self-help instruction training can be used to enhance student learning independence class X 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Year 2014/2015 Lessons. The enhancement of each individual score gains increased cycle I and cycle II. Thus, the peneranpan theory of counseling cognitive behavioral therapy with the technique of self instruction training undertaken may be used to enhance student learning independence class X 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Year 2014/2015 Lessons.
