PENERAPAN KONSELING ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN TEKNIK ROLE PLAYINGUNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERBUKAAN DIRI SISWA KELAS X AP 1SMK N 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterbukaan diri siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK N 2 Singaraja setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik role playing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research In Counseling)dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner sebagai metode utama dan observasi sebagai metode pendukung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif yaitu dengan cara membandingkan persentase skor yang dicapai sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut ditemukan 9 orang siswa yang memiliki keterbukaan diri rendah dan diberikan treatmentatau konseling pada setiap siklusnya. Siklus I diperoleh peningkatan sebesar 9.35% yaitu dari skor awal 60,15% menjadi 69,5%. Namun 4 orang siswa belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan 70% pada siklus I sehingga diadakan siklus II. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,23% yaitu dari skor 69,5% menjadi 84,73%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik role playing dapat meningkatkan keterbukaan diri siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling analisis transaksional, role playing, keterbukaan diri
This study aims to determine the increase of self-disclosure of the students in class X AP 1 SMK N 2 Singaraja after the application of counseling conducted transactional analysis with role playing technique. This study is an action research counseling (Action Research in Counseling) with total subjects are 39 students. Data collection method used is questionnaire as the primary method and observation as the supporting method. Data collected were analyzed descriptively by comparing the percentage score achieved before and after the action. Based on the results of the analysis found 9 students who have low self-disclosure and have given treatment or counseling at each cycle. In the first cycle obtained an increase about 9,35% from the initial score of 60.15% to 69,5%. But 4 students did not full fill the passing grade criteria that is 70% in the first cycle, so that held the second cycle. In the second cycle there was an increase about 15,23% from a score of 69,5% to 84,73%. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the application of transactional analysis counseling with role playing technique can increase students' self disclosure.
