PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELLING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI ANTAR PRIBADI PADA SISWA KELAS X 6 SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi pada siswa kelas X 6 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Peningkatan keterampilan komunikai dilaksanakan melalui penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 orang siswa kelas X 6 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi rendah. Data tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner dari pada penelitian pendahuluan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengamatan atau observasi sebagai metode pendukung dan kuesioner sebagai metode utama data tersebut. Data pertama yang diperoleh dari responden dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan teknik deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu terjadi peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi pada siswa. Peningkatan yang terjadi yaitu dilihat dari skor awal rata-rata 62%, setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan skor rata-rata 68% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 77,3 %. Ketujuh siswa yang mendapat tindakan pada siklus I ada 3 orang siswa yang persentase skornya masih dibawah 65% namun setelah melakukan siklus II ketujuh siswa sudah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadinya yaitu persentase skornya ≥ 65%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi pada siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, modelling, keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi
The research is the research action guidance counseling with the goal to improve interpersonal communication skills in students of class X 6 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Komunikai skills improvement is implemented through the application of behavioral modeling with techniques of counseling. The subject in this study as many as 7 people grade X 6 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan year 2014/2015 lessons that have low interpersonal communication skills. The data is retrieved based on the results of the questionnaire on dissemination of research introduction. The method used is the observation or observation as a supporting method and questionnaire as the primary method of the data. The first data obtained from respondents is gathered and processed with descriptive techniques. The results obtained in this study i.e. an increase in interpersonal communication skills in students. The increase is happening that is seen from the score early on average 62%, after a given action on cycle I experience increased an average score of 68% and in cycle II increased to 77.3%. The seven students who got the action on the cycle I have 3 students the percentage of his score is still under 65% but after doing the cycle II of the seven students are able to increase the communication skills between privates a percentage of his score ≥ 65%. This proves that the application of modeling techniques with behavioral counseling can enhance interpersonal communication skills in students.
