PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Implementasi Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modeling Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestasi Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one shot-case study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel yang didasarkan pada ciri atau karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 orang siswa kelas VIII yang terindentifikasi memiliki Motivasi berprestasi rendah. Metode utama dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode pendukung menggunakan Observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa behavioral dengan Teknik modeling efektif meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis thitung = 18,38 dan ttabel dengan df (db) = 10 dan taraf signifikasansi 5% adalah 2,228 sehingga diperoleh perbandingan thitung > ttabel (18,38 > 2,228). Dengan demikian,dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik modeling, motivasi berprestasi
The objective of this research to know the effect of implementation counseling behavioral by modeling technique to improve motivation achiver student class VIII SMPN 4 Singaraja in the 2014/2015 academic year. The population of this reseacrh is class VIII at SMPN 4 Singaraja. The research sample is determined by used purposive sampling technique it is with drawal of sample based on previous reseacrh. Total sample in this reseacrh as many as 11 student class VIII that identificate have low achiever motivation. Main methud in collected data used questionnair and used observation as supporting data. Based on result analysis, it was found that behavioral by modeling technique is effective improv mitivation achiever students. It can be seen from result analysis thitung = 18,38 and ttabel with df (db) = 10 and significant level 5% is 2,228 so abtained comparison thitung > ttabel (18,38 > 2,228). So that, it can be conclude that coubseling behavioral by modeling technique is effective to improve motivation achiever students.
