PENGARUH LAYANAN INFORMASI BERDASARKAN TEORI ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN TEKNIK ANALISIS STRUKTURAL TERHADAP KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL (Studi Pada Siswa Kelas IX SMP Lab Undiksha Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi berdasarkan teori analisis transaksional dengan teknik analisis struktural terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan rancangan penelitian Posttest-Only Control Grup Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Lab Undiksha Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data komunikasi interpersonal dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung adalah 33,014, sedangkan nilai t-tabel dengan df = 54 pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 2,005 (thitung > ttabel). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan informasi berdasarkan teori analisis transaksional dengan teknik analisis struktural secara signifikan terhadap komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa kelas IX SMP Lab Undiksha Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Nilai rata-rata komunikasi interpersonal pada kelompok siswa yang menerapkan layanan informasi berdasarkan teori analisis transaksional dengan teknik analisis struktural menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata komunikasi interpersonal pada kelompok siswa yang menerapkan layanan informasi secara konvensional.Kata Kunci : komunikasi interpersonal, layanan informasi, teori analisis transaksional, teknik analisis struktural
This study aims to determine the effect of the information services based on the theory of transactional analysis with structural analysis techniques toward interpersonal communication. This is a quasi experimental research by using the Posttest Only Control Group Design. Population in this research was students of class IX SMP Laboratorium in the academic year 2014/2015 with a sample of 68 students. The samples in this study using a random sampling technique. The data of interpersonal communication were gathered by using questionnaires and the data were analyzed by using t-test. The analysis showed that the value of t-test was 33.014, while the value of the t-table with df = 54 at significance level of 5% that is 2.005 (t count> t table). It can be concluded that there are significant information service based on the theory of transactional analysis with structural analysis techniques significantly to interpersonal communication of class IX SMP Laboratorium in the academic year 2014/2015. The average value of interpersonal communication in the group of students who apply information services based on the theory of transactional analysis with structural analysis techniques showed better results compared to the average value of interpersonal communication in the group of students who apply conventional information services.
