PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF OUTONOMY SISWA KELAS VIIH SMP NEGERI 1 SERIRIT

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan self-ouyonomy siswa kelas VIIH SMP Negeri 1 Seririt setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 29 orang siswa kelas VIIH SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner self-outonomy pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kategori self-ouyonomy siswa pada siklus I (Bimbingan Klasikal) yaitu dengan hasil : 17% kategori sangat tinggi, 48% kategori tinggi, 17% kategori sedang, 17% kategori rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan self-outonomy siswa di sklus II (Bimbingan Kelompok), yaitu dengan hasil : 24% kategori sangat tinggi, 52% kategori tinggi, 24% kategori sedang, 0% kategori rendah, dan tidak ada yang mendapatkan kategori sangat rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan self-outonomy siswa di sklus III (Konseling Kelompok), yaitu dengan hasil : 31% kategori sangat tinggi, 62% kategori tinggi, 7% kategori sedang, 0% kategori rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan self-outonomy siswa di sklus IV (Konseling Individu), yaitu dengan hasil : 48% kategori sangat tinggi, 52% kategori tinggi, 0% kategori sedang, 0% kategori rendah. . Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan self-outonomy siswa kelas VIIH SMP Negeri 1 Seririt.Kata Kunci : teori behavioral, teknik modeling, self outonomy
The study consist of action reseach in counseling which aims to determine self-outonomy enhancement students of VIIH SMP N 1 Seririt after the application of behavioral counseling conducted by the modeling techniques. The research subjects is twenty nine were students of VIIH SMP N 1 Seririt. This study consisted of four cycles which each cycle through the identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. Process of data collection in this study used a questionnaire self-outonomy linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively and using a diary. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the category of self-outonomy students in the first cycle (Classical Guidance) is : (17%) very good category, (48%) good category, (17%) good enough category, (17%) unfavorable category. Attainment in the second cycle ( Group Guidance) is : (24%) very high category, (52%) high category, (24%) medium category, (0%) lowered category, and nothing this find of very low category. Attainment in the third cycle (Group of Counseling) is : (31%) is very high category, (62%) is high category, (7%) medium category, (0%) is lowered category. Attainment in the fourth cycle (Individual of Counseling) is : (48%) very high category, (52%) high category, (0%) medium category, (0%) lowered category, and nothing this find of very low category. Based on this research shows that the school already have a significant improvement. So it can be concluded that behavioral counseling with effective modeling techniques used for increase self-outonomy students of VIIH SMP Negeri 1 Seririt.
