PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR SELF AGGRESION SISWA KELAS VIIF SMP NEGERI 1 SERIRIT

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dalam meminimalisir self aggresion siswa di kelas VII F SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII F yang berjumlah 32 orang, dengan teknik Modeling yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik penelitian dalam hal ini yaitu self Aggresion siswa yang tinggi . Self Aggresion siswa kelas VII F di SMP Negeri 1 Seririt dari pengamatan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner penentuan sampel terdapat 8 siswa yang termasuk kategori self Aggresion tinggi yang kemudian dijadikan sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, data yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis kuesioner pada setiap siklus siswa sudah mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 4. Dari 8 siswa yang mempunyai self Aggresion rendah menjadi 3 siswa yang mengalami self Aggresion tinggi.Kata Kunci : Behaviora, Modeling, selfAggresion
This research was a counseling action research (PTBK). The purpose of this research was to know how much the theory of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques in minimizing self aggression students in class VII F SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. The population of this research were thirty two students of class VII F, with Modeling techniques that was adjusted with the characteristics of this research, in this case was the high of students self aggression. By doing observation and distributing questionnaire in order to determine the sample, it found that eight students were included to the category High aggression, thus they were chosen to be sample of this research. Based on the research that has been conducted , it showed that there was an improvement from cycle one until cycle four. It could be seen from the result of questionnaire’s analysis for each cycle. From the eight students who had low self aggression, it became three students who have high self aggression.
