PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN METODE MANAJEMEN WAKTU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN KEHADIRAN SISWA KELAS X AP SMK N 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas peningkatan disiplin kehadiran siswa setelah diberikan tindakan penerapan behavioral dengan manajemen waktu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action ResearchIn Counseling). Metode untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan rubrik penilaian untuk data awal dan hasil pemberian konseling. Hasil penelitian data awal rubrik penilaian menunjukkan skor rata-rata 6,7. Setelah melaksanakan siklus I terjadi perubahan dengan menunjukkan skor 10, sehingga terjadi peningkatan 3,3 dengan kategori sedang. Pada siklus II menunjukkan skor 11,3 dengan terjadi peningkatan 1,3 termasuk pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian konseling behavioral dengan metode manajemen waktu berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan disiplin kehadiran siswa dengan perubahan skor pada data awal 6,7, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi skor 10 dan siklus II meningkat dengan skor 11,3. Jadi berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan tindakan layanan yang dilaksanakan, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan metode manajemen waktu dapat meningkatkan disiplin kehadiran siswa. Berarti bahwa semakin baik penerapan konseling behavioral dengan metode manajemen waktu, maka akan semakin meningkat dalam disiplin kehadiran siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, metode manajemen waktu, disiplin kehadiran.
The purpose of this research is to know the quality improvement of discipline attendance after application of behavioral actions given with time management. This research is the research guidance counseling action (Action ResearchIn Counseling). Methods for collecting data in this study using interview, observation and assessment rubrics for the initial data and the results of the awarding of the counseling. The results of the research assessment rubric early data shows an average score of 6.7. After implementing the changes I cycle by showing a score of 10, which increased 3.3 with categories being. Cycle II shows score improved by 11.3 1.3 includes high category. Behavioral counseling research results with time management method to increase student attendance discipline with the score on the initial data change 6.7, on cycle I increased to score 10 and cycle II is increased by a score of 11,3. So based on the results of the implementation of the service action is implemented, it can be noted that the application of behavioral counseling by the method of time management can increase the presence of the discipline of students. Means that the better the application of behavioral counseling by the method of time management, it will be increased in the presence of the discipline of students.
