Penerapan Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modelling Untuk Meningkatkan Self Defference Siswa Kelas X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan ( Acetion research in counseling ) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Self Defference siswa kelas X MIA 6 di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja setelah di laksanakan penerapan konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 6 di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masinh siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnose, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up , dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Self Defference pola skali linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kategori Self Defference siswa pada siklus I adalah katagori sangat tinggi 15 orang (50%), kategori tinggi 5 orang (17%), kategori sedang 10 orang (33%), dan ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah 0 orang (0%). Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori skor Self Defference siswa pada siklus II sebagai berikut siswa dengan kategori sangat tinggi 20 orang (67%), kategori tinggi 3 orang (10%), kategori sedang 7 orang (23%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah, dan sangat rendah. Pada siklus III kategori sangat tinggi 23 orang (67%), tinggi 5 orang (17%), sedang 2 orang (7%), dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah dan sangat rendah. Pada siklus IV sudah mencapai peningkatan Self Defference yang signifikan dibandingkan pada siklus I, II, III, yaitu pada siklus IV kategori sangat tinggi 28 orang (94%), tinggi 2 orang (6%), dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah. Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan Self Defference siswa kelas X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja .Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Modeling, Self Defference
This research is a kind of action research (Acetion research in counseling) that aims to find out the increase in Self Defference grade X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja after application of counseling funded Behavioral Modeling with techniques. The subject of this research is to grade X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. This research consists of 4 cycle where each masinh cycle through the stages of identification, diagnose, prognosis, counselling/treatment/follow-up, evaluation, and reflection. The process of data retrieval in research use questionnaire Self Defference skali linkert pattern and analyzed are descriptive as well as using the diary. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the category of Self Defference students in cycle I is a very high requirement of 15 people (50%), high category 5 people (17%), categories are 10 people (33%), and there are students who have a low category 0 (0%). When compared to a category score Self Defference students in cycle II the following students with very high category 20 people (67%), high category 3 people (10%), categories are 7 persons (23%) and there is no student who has a category is low, and very low. Cycle III category very high 23 people (67%), high 5 people (17%), while 2 people (7%), and there is no student who has a category of low and very low. Cycle IV has achieved a significant increase in Self Defference versus cycle I, II, III, IV cycle was very high category 28 people (94%), high 2 people (6%), and there is no student who has a category medium, low and very low. This shows there is already increased significantly. So it can be concluded that the counselling techniques with behavioral modeling effectively used to enhance Self Defference grade X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja.
