Penerapan Teori Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling untuk Meningkatkan Heteroseksual Siswa Kelas X MIA 9 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan heteroseksual siswa kelas X MIA 9 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 9 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja yang berjumlah 29 orang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus, siklus I bimbingan klasikal, silkus II bimbingan kelompok, siklus III konseling kelompok dan siklus IV konseling individu dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnose, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner heteroseksualpola skala linkert dan analisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Berdasarkan hasil analisi ditemukan bahwa kategori heteroseksual siswa pada siklus I (Bimbingan Klasikal) adalah kategori sangat tinggi 2 orang (6%), Tinggi 17 orang ( 58%), sedang 9 orang (31%) dan rendah 1 orang (5%). Siklus II (Bimbingan Kelompok), sangat tinggi 3orang (10%), tinggi 20 orang (75%) dan sedang 6 orang (15%).Siklus III (Konseling Kelompok)(Sangat Tinggi 4 orang (12%), Tinggi 23 orang ( 85%) dan sedang 2 orang (3%). Pada siklus IV (Konseling Individu) sudah terjadi peningkatan yang cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yang diperoleh oleh siswa yaitu siswa yang berkategori sangat tinggi meningkat menjadi 4 orang (33%), siswa yang berkategori tinggi juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 20 orang (67%), dan tidak ada siswa yang berada pada kategori sedang, rendah, dan sangat rendah.Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling hehavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan heteroseksual siswa kelas X MIA 9 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik modeling, heteroseksual
This study is an action research (Action Research In Counseling) which aims to determine the increase in heterosexual students of class X MIA 9 SMAN 1 Singaraja after the application of behavioral counseling undertaken by engineering modeling.Subjek this research is class X MIA 9 SMAN 1 Singaraja totaling 29 people. The study consisted of four cycles, the first cycle of classical guidance, group guidance silkus II, cycle III IV group counseling and individual counseling cycles where each cycle through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection , The retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire heteroseksuallinkert pola scale and descriptive analysis as well using the diary. Based on the results of the analysis found that the category of heterosexual students in the first cycle (Guidance Classical) is very high category 2 (6%), High 17 people (58%), while 9 people (31%) and low 1 person (5%). Cycle II (Guidance Group), very high 3orang (10%), more than 20 people (75%) and were 6 people (15%). Cycle III (Counselling) (Very High 4 people (12%), High 23 (85%) and were 2 people (3%). In the fourth cycle (Individual Counseling) has been an increase which is quite good. It can be seen from the result of the questionnaire obtained by the students is very high categorized students increased to 4 people (33 %), high category of students also increased to 20 people (67%), and no students were in the category of medium, low, and very low. this shows already a significant improvement. So it can be includethat the counseling techniques behavioral modeling effectively used to improve the heterosexual class X MIA 9 SMAN 1 Singaraja.
