PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL ASOSIATIF SISWA KELAS VII A7 SMP NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin tidakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research in Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan interaksi sosial asosiatif setelah diterapkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy. Subjek penelitian ini 3 orang siswa kelas VII A7 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja yang memiliki interaksi sosial asosiatif rendah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan interaksi sosial asosiatif pada ke 2 orang siswa dari katagori rendah menjadi katagori Tinggi, namun 1 orang siswa masih berada dalam kategori sedang pada siklus I. kemudian pada siklus II interaksi sosial asosiatif ke 1 orang siswa meningkat menjadi katagori tinggi.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, teknik token economy, interaksi sosial asosiatif
This study is a research is conducted act of counseling (Action Research in Counseling) which aims to determine the increase in social interaction associative once applied behavioral counseling techniques token economy. Subjects of this study 3 A7 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja which has low associative social interaction. Data were collected using observation and analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results showed that an increase in social interaction associative at 2 to students from low category into the category of High, but one person the student is still in the moderate category I. cycle later in the second cycle of social interaction associative to 1 students increased to the high category.
