PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK ASSERTIF TRAINING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF INTRACEPTION SISWA di KELAS X MIA 1 SMA NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik assertif training dalam meningkatkan self intraception siswa di kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 1 yang berjumlah 42 orang, dengan teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan teknik assertif training yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik penelitian dalam hal ini yaitu self intraception siswa yang rendah. Self Intraception siswa kelas X MIA 1 di SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dari pengamatan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner penentuan sampel terdapat 22 siswa yang termasuk kategori self intraception rendah yang kemudian dijadikan sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, data yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis kuesioner pada setiap siklus siswa sudah mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 4. Dari 22 siswa yang mempunyai self intraception rendah menjadi 3 siswa yang mengalami self intraception rendah.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Assertif Training, Self Intraception
This research is action counseling . The purpose of this study was to determine how much the theory of behavioral counseling with assertif training techniques to improve self Intraception of students in class X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Population of this research are students of class X MIA 1, amounting to 42 people, with a sampling technique is assertif training techniques tailored to the characteristics of the research in this case is the low self Intraception students. Self Intraception class X MIA 1 in SMAN 4 Singaraja of observation through the observation and questionnaire sampling there are 22 students belonging to the category of self Intraception lower then the research sample. Based on the research that has been conducted, the data obtained from the analysis of a questionnaire on each cycle of students has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 4. From the 22 students who have low self Intraception to 3 students who have low self Intraception.
