EFEKTITIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 1 SUKASADA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan teknik Modeling untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest control group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada yang berjumlah 33 orang, dengan jumlah smapel sebanyak 6 orang, yang dipilih dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner, teknik berlangsung dengan konseling kelompok. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data digunakan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa ,hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis t-test yang menunjukkan nilai thitung>tabel(7,569>2,571) = 6 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral dan Motivasi Belajar
This research aims to know the effectiveness of Behavioral Counseling with techniques of Modeling to improve the motivation of Learning grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research is the research design Experimental research of pretest-posttest control group Design. The population in this research is grade VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada totalling 33 people, with the number of smapel as much as 6 people. Data collection methods used in this research is a method of questionnaire and tested using t-test statistic. The results showed that counselling techniques with behavioral modeling to improve the learning motivation of students, it can be seen from the analysis of the t-test that shows the value of the thitung > table (7,569 > 2.571 mg) = 6 with 5% significance level
