PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X A1 SMK NEGERI 1 SERIRIT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014-2015 oleh Ni Luh Putu Eka Sudarminiyanti 1111011021 Bimbingan Konseling ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Konseling Behavioral dengan teknik Self-Management dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X A1 SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X A1 yang memiliki disiplin belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Untuk mengetahui data awal digunakan pedoman observasi. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan log sheet sebagai data pendukung dan kuesioner sebagai data utama. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 6 tahap yaitu identifikasi, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa. Peningkatan persentase disiplin belajar siswa adalah sebagai berikut, pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 76,75 (51,07%) dengan 6 siswa mendapatkan nilai sangat rendah, dan 1 orang mendapatkan nilai tinggi dan 1 orang sedang. Pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 113,25 (86,42%) dengan 4 siswa mendapatkan nilai sangat tinggi dan 3 siswa memperoleh nilai tinggi. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh pada siklus I dan II menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan disiplin belajar. Jadi dapat disimpulkan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self management dapat meingkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X A1 SMK Neger1 1 Seririt.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Self Management, Disiplin Belajar
This research aims to know the application of Behavioral Counseling with self-helpManagement techniques can improve the discipline of learning in students of class XA1 SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. The subject in this study are grade X A1 which has a lowlearning discipline. This research is a research action guidance counseling. To know the initial data used observation guidelines. In the data collection log sheets used assupporting data and questionnaire as the primary data. This research was conductedwith two-cycle i.e. the cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of 6 stages i.e.identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation, and reflection. The results of this research, showed an increase in discipline of student learning. The increase in the percentage of students learning discipline are as follows, on cycle Igained an average 76,75 (51,07%) with 6 students get a very low value, and 1 personget high marks and 3 people were. Cycle II obtained an average 113,25 (86,42%) with4 students get very high value and 3 students earn high marks. Analysis of the resultsobtained in cycle I and II showed an increase in the discipline of learning. So theapplication of behavioral counseling can be summed up with the self managementtechniques can raise the discipline of learning students class X A1 SMK Neger1 1Seririt.
