Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dengan pemberian penguatan positif untuk meningkatkan self extihibition siswa kelas X5 SMAN 1 Seririt. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X 5 SMAN 1 Seririt. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment/planing, evaluasi/follow-up dan modeling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode 1) obserfasi, 2) menjalankan siklus I,II,III,IV, 3) Penyebaran Buku Harian, 4) tes kuesioner. Data yang didapatkan dari metode kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kategori kurangnya self extihibition pada diri siswa pada siklus I dari 30 siswa, 20 orang yang di kategorikan rendah. Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori kurangnya self extihibition siswa pada siklus yang terakhir yaitu siklus IV jumlahnya menjadi 2, berarti sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan, ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dalam upaya meningkatkan extihibition pada diri siswa, guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran perlu memperhatikan hasil penelitian ini sehingga pemanfaatan teoari konseling extihibition dengan teknik extihibition dapat dijadikan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan self intraception pada siswa. This research aimed to know whether counselling behavioural and modeling dengan pemberian penguatan positif technique could improve self extihibition of X 5 students at SMAN 1 Seririt. The subject of this reserach was X 5 students at SMAN 1 Seririt. There were four cycles in this research by mean of identification phase, diagnose, prognosa, counseling/treatment/planning, evaluation/follow-up dan modeling. Data accumulation in this research had been done by using four methods, namely (1) observation, (2) cycles I,II,III,IV, (3) diaries, (4) questionnaire. The data from questionnaire then analyzed by using descriptive analysis method. Based on analysis result, there was student’s lack of self extihibition in cycle I which was from 30 students, 20 of them were in low category. When it was compare to student’s self extihibition at the last cycle which was in cycle IV there was improvement from 20 students in low category became 2 students. It was mean that there was significant improvement and the hypothesis could be accepted. The implications in this research was in improving student’s self extihibition inclination, BK’s teacher and the other teacher in diffrent subject needed to pay attention on this research’s result so that counselling behavioural usage dan modeling dengan pemberian penguatan positif technique could be beneficial to improve student’s self Exhibition.
