PENERAPAN TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK PENGKONDISIAN OPERAN (REINFORCEMEN) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERCAYA DIRI PADA SISWA KELAS VII-A1 SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa kelas VII-A1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling(Action Research in Counselling). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 orang siswa kelas VII-A1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang memiliki rasa percaya diri dengan kategori rendah.Data rasa percaya diri siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk menyesuaikan hasil kuesioner dengan kenyataan dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rasa percaya diri siswa dapat ditingkatkan setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan pengkondisian operan (reinforcement). Persentase awal rasa percaya diri siswa sebelum tindakan yaitu 42,0% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Peningkatan persentase rasa percaya diri siswa terjadi baik pada penelitian siklus I maupun siklus II. Pada siklus I diketahui bahwa persentase awal rasa percaya diri siswa 42,0% kategori rendah meningkat menjadi 68,1% kategori sedang, sedangkan pada siklus II diketahui bahwa persentase pada siklus I adalah 68,1% yang tergolong kategori sedang dan persentase pada siklus II adalah 86,2% yang tergolong kategori sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik pengkondisian operan (reinforcement) dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa.Kata Kunci : pengkondisian operan,reinforcemet , percaya diri
This study aims to increase confidence-A1 class VII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. This study includes research guidance and counseling actions (Action Research in Counselling). The subjects were 4-A1 class VII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja 2014/2015 school year who have self-confidence by category rendah.Data confidence of students were collected by questionnaire and observation method to adjust the results of the questionnaire with the reality in the field. Based on the survey results revealed that students' self-confidence can be improved after being given counseling services group with operant conditioning (reinforcement). The percentage of initial self-confidence of students before the action that is 42.0% which is included in the low category. An increase in the percentage of self-confidence of students occurs in both the research cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle the percentage of initial self-confidence of students 42.0% lower category increased to 68.1% moderate category, while in the second cycle in mind that the percentage of the first cycle was 68.1% are classified as medium category and the percentage of the second cycle 86.2% are classified as very high category. It can be concluded that the application of techniques of operant conditioning (reinforcement) can be implemented effectively to improve the confidence of students.
