PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF DOMINANCE DIRI SISWA KELAS VIII D SMP NEGERI 1 SERIRIT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik modeling terhadap peningkatkan self dominance siswa di smp negeri 1 seririt tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, kuesioner. Kuesioner ini digunakan untuk mengukur self dominance siswa siswa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII D smp negeri 1 seririt sebanyak 24 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 24 orang siswa yang diberikan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data awal diperoleh 8 orang siswa yang menunjukkan self dominance rendah pada siklus I dengan hasil rata-rata self dominance rendah dari 465,33% menjadi 575,33% dengan peningkatan 110% sehingga diperoleh 5 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan sehingga 3 orang siswa diberikan tindakan pada siklus II dengan hasil rata-rata dari 168,67% menjadi 250,67% dengan peningkatan 82%.Dari hasilsiklus II menunjukkan bahwa dari 3 orang siswa sudah mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan self dominance setelah diberikan tindakan berupa konseling behavioraldengan teknik modeling pada siklus 1 dan juga pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan self dominance siswa kelas VIII D smp negeri 1 seririt Tahun Pelajaran2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Behavioral dan Teknik Modeling, self dominance
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence behavioral counseling by modeling techniques to increase stundents self dominance at SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014/2015 school period. This study was used method of collecting data by questionnaires technique.the questionnaire was used to measure selft domenance. The study was conducted in two period. The subject of this study are 24 students from VIII D class at SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. These results indicate that of 24 studens were given a questionnaire to find preliminary data obtained 8 student who show low self dominance in first period with average result of 465,33% self dominace increased into 575,33% with 110% increased this obtained 5 students has increased sothat three were given the action on second period with average result from 168,67% into 250,67% with 82% increased. The result of the second periode showed 3 students shown improvement this shows an increase in self dominance after a given action in the from of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques in first and second period. Based on the result of the study concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques can improve self dominance students of VIII D class at SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014/2015 school period.
