Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Relaksasi Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Seririt Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one shot-case study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Seririt. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel yang didasarkan pada ciri atau karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang siswa kelas X yang terindentifikasi memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah. Metode utama dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Ditunjukkan dengan Berdasarkan df (db) = 4 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan t-tabel 2,132. Selanjutnya apabila t-hitung dibandingkan dengan t-tabel, maka t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (15,9 > 2,132) sehingga hipotesis nol (0) ditolak dan hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2014/2015” signifikan.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Relaksasi, Kecerdasan Emosional.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect behavioral counseling with relaxation techniques to emotional intelligence class X SMA N 1 Seririt the school year 2014/2015. This study is a pre-experimental study design one-shot case study. The study population was class X SMA N 1 Seririt. The research sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique sampling is based on the traits or characteristics defined by previous researchers. The number of samples in this study were 5 students of class X were identified to have low emotional intelligence. The primary method of data collection using kuesioner.Ditunjukkan with by df (db) = 4 with a significance level of 5% obtained t table 2,132. Furthermore, if t count than the t-table, then the t-test bigger than t-table (15.9> 2.132) so that the null hypothesis (0) is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that the "Influence of Behavioral Counseling with relaxation techniques to Emotional Intelligence class X SMA N 1 Seririt school year 2014/2015" significant.
