EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL DENGAN STRATEGI SELF-MANAGEMENT DAN LATIHAN ASERTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ACHIEVEMENT DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model konseling cognitive behavioral dengan strategi self-management dan teknik latihan asertif terhadap peningkatan self achievement ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 52 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan uji t-scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan konseling cognitive behavioral antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi self-management dengan teknik latihan Asertif terhadap self-achievement (F=4,403; p<0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi konseling cognitive behavioral strategi self-management dan teknik latihan Asertif dengan jenis kelamin terhadap self-achievement (F=17,041;p<0,05), (3) terdapat perbedaan self-achievement pada siswa perempuan yang mendapat treatment self-management dibandingkan dengan teknik latihan asertif (t=2,83; α<2,00), (4) terdapat perbedaan self-achievement pada siswa laki-laki yang mendapat treatment self-management dibandingkan dengan teknik latihan asertif (t=9,94; α<2,00).Kata Kunci : konseling cognitive behavioral, strategi self-management, latihan asertif, self-achievement.
This resesrch aimed to analyze the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral counseling models with self-management strategies and assertive training technique to increase self achievement viewed from the gender. The sample were 52 students was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique was used two ways ANAVA with 2x2 factorial design and t-scheffe. The results showed that: (1) there is a differences in cognitive-behavioral counseling among students who who have been given self-management and assertive training technique towards self-achievment (F = 4.403; p <0.05), (2) there is an interaction between cognitive-behavioral counseling self-management strategy and assertive training technique with gender to self-achievement (F = 17.041, p <0.05), (3) there are differences in self-achievement on female students who have been given self-management treatment as compared to assertive training technique (t = 2.83; α <2.00), (4) there are differences in self-achievement on male students who have been given self-management treatment as compared to assertive training technique (t = 9.94; α <2.00).
