PENGARUH MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELLING DAN TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI (ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION) SISWA KELAS X IBB 2 SMA N 3 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model konseling behavioral denga teknik modelling dan teknik token economy terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X IBB 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner motivasi berprestasi, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis t-Burney dan uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan thitung > ttabel (7,529 > 2,776). Kelompok eksperimen II menghasilkan thitung > ttabel (10,352 > 2,776). Konseling behavioral teknik modelling dengan teknik token economy memiliki perbedaan skor R1>R2 atau 54>51, hasil hipotesis menunjukkan (9,42 > 5,591). Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh model konseling behavioral teknik modelling terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh model konseling behavioral teknik token economy terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model konseling behavioral teknik modelling dengan model konseling behavioral teknik token economy terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X IBB 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Modelling, Token Economy, Motivasi Berprestasi
This research aimed to analyze the influence types behavioral counselling of modelling technique and token economy technique abouth achivement motivation students in X IBB 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. The types of this research is Quasi Eksperiment with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The number of the sample was 15 students. The data were collected using achievement motivation questionnaire, the writer analyzed by burney technique and kruskal wallys test. Based on the result that the writer found there were 2 exsperiment, the first exsperiment that thitung > ttabel (7,529 > 2,776) and second thitung > ttabel (10,352 > 2,776). The different between behavioral counseling of modelling technique and token economy technique can be show in score R1>R2 or 54>51 or with resul of hypotheses (9.42> 5.591). Based on result and discussion, it can be concluded that the first, the influence types behavior counseling of modelling technique toward motivation student achievement. The second, the influence types behavior counseling of modelling token economy technique toward motivation student achievement. The third, the difference between the influence types behavior counseling of modelling technique ond token economy technique toward motivation student achievement class X IBB 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja
