PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN KONSELING EKSISTENSIAL HUMANISTIK TEKNIK KURSI KOSONG DAN TEKNIK LATIHAN SAYA BERTANGGUNGJAWAB ATAS TERHADAP PERILAKU INTROVERT SISWA KELAS XI MIPA SMA NEGERI 4 SINGRAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan konseling eksistensial humanistic dengan teknik kursi kosong dan teknik latihan “saya bertanggungjawab atas” terhadap prilaku introvert siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner perilaku introvert, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis uji Krusskal Wallis. Semua pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan thitung>ttabel (42,82>2,776). Kelompok eksperimen II menghasilkan thitung>ttabel (34,48>2,776). Pendekatan Konseling eksistensial humanistic dengan teknik kursi kosong dan teknik latihan “saya bertanggungjawab atas” memiliki perbedaan skor R1 5,991). Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh pendekatan konseling eksistensial humanistik dengan teknik kursi kosong terhadap prilaku introvert siswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh pendekatan konseling eksistensial humanistik teknik latihan “saya bertanggung jawab atas” terhadap prilaku introvert siswa, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pendekatan konseling eksistensial humanistik teknik kursi kosong dan teknik latihan “saya bertanggung jawab atas” terhadap prilaku introvert siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Kursi Kosong, Latihan Saya Bertanggungjawab Atas, Introvert
This research aimed to analyze to determine the influence of humanistic existential approach to counseling with empty chair technique and Training Technique "I Responsible About “, to introvert behavior students in XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The types of this research is Quasi Eksperiment with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The number of the sample was 15 students. The data were collected using introvert behavior questionnaire, data was analyzed using Krusskal Wallys. All hypothesis testing conducted on the 5% significance level. The result of the study and its analysis first eksperiment showed that thitung>ttabel (42,82>2,776). Second eksperiment showed that thitung>ttabel (34,48>2,776). humanistic existential approach to counseling with empty chair technique and Training Technique "I Responsible About “, has a deference score R1 5,991). From these results, it can be concluded that 1) there are significant humanistic existential approach to counseling with empty chair technique to introvert behavior of students, 2) there are significant humanistic existential approach to counseling Training Technique "I Responsible About “, to introvert behavior of students, 3) there are differences in the influence of humanistic existential approach to counseling empty chair technique and Training Technique "I Responsible About “,to introvert behavior student of class XI MIPA SMAN 4 Singaraja.
