Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral Dengan teknik Assertive Training Untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Prososial Melalui Psikodrama Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan teknik Assertive Training Untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Prososial Melalui Psikodrama Pada Siswa Kelas VIIISMP Negeri 3 SingarajaTahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian “Quasi Eksperimen”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII I SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas VIII K sebagai kelas control. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling purposif (purposive sampling). Pengumpulan data hanya dilakukan pada kelompok subjek yang memiliki karakteristik sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu siswa yang memiliki perilaku prososial. Dari hasil skor awal (pretest) didapatkan 20 orang yang memiliki perilaku prososial rendah, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan “Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design”, hal ini dikarenakan peneliti melakukan perlakuan (treatmen) terhadap suatu kelompok dan dilakukan suatu prestest sebelum perlakuan diberikan dan setelah itu diakhiri dengan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keefektifan perlakuan konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan perilaku siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja karena berdasarkan nilai t pada tabel di atas maka diperoleh thitung sebesar 12,570 dengan df = (N-1) + (N-1) = (10-1) + (10-1) = 18 dan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar 2,101 Karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% berarti H0 di tolak maka Ha diterima.Dari hasil analisis uji hipotes tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ” penggunaan konseling behavioral dengan teknik assetrive training melalui psikodrama lebih efektif dari pada perlakuan konvensonal untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Taahun Ajaran 2015/2016”.Kata Kunci : Konseling behavioral,Assertive training ,Perilaku Prososial
This study aims to determine The Effectiveness of Behavioral Counseling with Assertive techniques Training To Increase the Prosocial Behavior Through psychodrama at Eighth Grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in Academic Year 2015/2016. The type of this study is "Quasi Experiment". The population in this study is students of VIII I of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja as experimental class and students of VIII K as the control class, the sampling method used in this research are using purposive sampling. Collecting data is only performed on a group of subjects that have characteristics consistent with the purpose of research those students who have prosocial behavior. From the results of the Pre-test got 20 people who have a low prosocial behavior, then divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. The research design uses "pretest-posttest control group design", this is because researchers do treatments to a group and do a pretest before treatment is given and after it ended with posttest. The results showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of treatment of behavioral counseling improve the behavior of eighth grade of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja, because based on the value of t in the above table, the obtained t count equal to 1 2,570 with df = (N-1) + (N-1) = (10 -1) + (10 -1 ) = 1 8 and a significance level of 5%, the obtained value of t table of 2.101 Because t is greater than t table at a significance level of 5% means that H0 rejected the Ha .From received hypothesis test analysis results, we can conclude that the "use of behavioral counseling with assertive technique training is more effective than treatment conventional to increase prosocial behavior through psychodrama at Eighth Grade of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in academic Year 2015/2016".
