Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modelling dan Self Management Untuk Meningkatkan Tanggung Jawab Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) efektifitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VIII B1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja, 2) Untuk mengetahui efektifitas konseling behavioral dengan self management untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VIII B1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja, 3) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan self management untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VIII B1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tanggung jawab belajar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen I yang ditreatmen dengan konseling behavioral teknik Modeling didapatkan thitung 7,868> ttabel 2,31. Kelompok eksperimen II ditreatmen dengan konseling behavioral teknik self management didapatkan thitung 4,321> ttabel 2,31. Treatmen konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik self management didapatkan thitung 2,755> ttabel 2,31. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik self management efektif untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VIII B1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, Self management, “tanggung jawab belajar”
This study aims to determine 1) the effectiveness of behavioral counseling by modeling techniques to increase the responsibility of the B1 class VIII student of SMPN 4 Singaraja, 2) to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with self- management to increase the responsibilities of the B1 class VIII student of SMPN 4 Singaraja, 3) to determine differences in the effectivenessof behavioral counseling and self-management modeling techniques to increase the responsibility of the B1 class VIII student of SMPN 4 Singaraja. This research design with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The samples in this research technique used is purposive sampling. The research sample numbering 15 students. The procces of collecting data in this study used a questionnaire to learn responsibility. Data analysis method used is Independent sampel t-test. The results of this research that the experimental group 1, treatment with behavioral counseling modeling techniques obtained thitung 7,868> ttabel 2,31. The experimental group II, treatment behavioral counseling self-manaement techniques obtained thitung 4,321> ttabel 2,31. Treatmen behavioral counseling modeling techniques and self-management techniques obtained thitung 2,755> ttabel 2,31. From this results, it can be concluded that the counceling behavioral modeling techniques and self- management techniques effectively to increase the responsibility of the B1 class VIII student of SMPN 4 Singaraja.
